THIS IS THE PART WHERE I TALK ABOUT MYSELF

For those of you that don’t know me… intro to every bridal party speech ever ;)… I’m Jeannine. I am a wedding and lifestyle portrait photographer in Pittsburgh, PA. Born and raised east of the city and now we call the ‘south’ home. There are really a million reasons why and how I ended up being the small business owner I am now. There were so many bends in the road to getting here. I’ll gladly share my story with you over coffee because I could go on and on. At the heart of it was always a love for family. A family we hadn’t even created yet but I knew I wanted to be present for. I took something that was only a dream, something I love and have a passion for and turned it into my reality. Chris, Julia and Claire will always be a big reason WHY I continue to pursue my dream. But so are my clients. I truly believe you need to have a career that fulfills you and photography does that for me because of all of you.

Graduated from Penn State University with a duel degree in photography and advertising, I have always had a passion for creating, luckily that was also an option for a college major. For the past eight years, I have been photographing clients during all of the moments that really matter in life. And I will keep doing it until I pay off all of those student loans. Just kidding… but not really. I truly do love what I do, I and I’m not lying when I say I can’t imagine doing anything else.

When I am not behind the lens, I am probably with my kids. I mean that’s the honest truth. When I do get out of the house, we enjoy checking out the restaurant scene in Pittsburgh (Tacos and sushi make me weak in the knees), getting coffee (because parenthood, am I right?), and traveling when we can (why is only 2 weeks the norm for vacations?). At home, we are usually binging on our favorite show (How I Met Your Mother), catching frisbee with our golden retriever, Bo, or hoping my kids nap so I can shower and look like a real adult.
